Nutella Bread Star recipe

This delicious and simple recipe has taken over the world and due to its simplicity and worldly loved Nutella ingredient, we are sure that you also would want to try making and eating this delicious treat.

The dough:
500 grams of flour (if necessary, add more)
packets of instant dry yeast (about 8-10 grams)
half a packet of baking powder
pinch of salt
1 packet of sugar lemon
1 packet of vanilla sugar
50 grams of sugar
200 ml. milk
50 grams of butter
1 egg
1 tablespoon yogurt

The filling:
200-250 grams Nutella

Coating:
1 egg + 2 tablespoons milk

The method of preparation of the dough:

Step 1:
Warm the milk, add a tablespoon of sugar and yeast mix well. Put aside for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2:
Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon sugar, salt) and add the melted butter, rub it in the hands of the crumbly mixture, and finally add the egg, milk, yeast.

Knead smooth the elastic dough, and if necessary, add more flour. Knead for about ten minutes, leave in a warm place for 30-45 minutes to double its volume.

Shaping the dough:

As a template for cutting out dough, you can use a bottom mold for cake with 28 cm diameter.

Step 3:
Divide the dough into four equal parts.

Step 4:
Take one portion of the dough and roll it with a roller on the counter, over the baking paper, on the part of the dough lean as a template bottom molds for cakes, to portray the circle by dough.

Step 5:
Spread the Nutella stuffing on the circled dough.

Step 6:
Through the first filling of Nutella, place the other part of rolled dough. Repeat the procedure from step 4 and 5.

Step 7:
At the last part of the dough that is not coated with Nutella are placed bottom of the mold for the cake as the template and cut out the excess dough with a knife around the circle.

Step 8:
Place the cup at the center of the circle and plot a circle to which you will cut the dough.

Step 9:
Place the dough with parchment paper at the bottom of the cake mold.

Step 10:
Use the knife to cut the dough into the quarters, then each quarter in half, and then each eighth of the two parts, that in the end gets 16 triangles.

Step 11:
Then catch in each hand a triangle, and at the same time they turn in the opposite direction out twice, and assemble parts of the city together, and press your fingers that it does not raise during baking. Also do with all the triangles. And then the outside of the triangle

Step 12:
Leave the Nutella Star Bread for 20 minutes at room temperature to double its volume.

Step 13:
Smear the bread with mixture of beaten egg and milk.

Step 14:
Bake the Star in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, until it reaches the golden brown color.
