Laurel leaves syrup

• 6 bay leaves

One of the very effective natural syrups against cough can be prepared from the following ingredients:
• 200 g sugar
• 200 ml of water
• 1 teaspoon flaxseed
• 1 teaspoon sage
• 1 tablespoon of marshmallow
• 1 lemon cut into cubes
All the ingredients simmer for about 30 minutes, then strain. Optionally you can add a few tablespoons of honey. Leave in the refrigerator to cool and concentrated. Take a few tablespoons of syrup per day.
Olive oil syrup
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1 tbsp honey
It is necessary to heat the ingredients and drink throughout the day – half of the mixture in the morning and half in the evening.
• Freshly squeezed carrot juice
The medicine is excellent in for bronchitis, laryngitis, pneumonia, and facilitates mucus. Take the ingredients in the ratio of 1:1 and take 1 tbs, 5-6 times a day.
