  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • a piece of ginger root

Chop the celery, carrot and parsnip. Onions cut into quarters. Mash 3 cloves of garlic with all shell and insert them in the pressure cooker, together with prepared vegetables. Pour 4 cups of water.
