Get rid of acnes forever

Acnes and pimples are often a skin condition that affects a large number of people. They are caused by inflammation of the skin when sebum glands become infected with bacteria, swell and fill with pus.

The main cause of this problem is excess secretion of oil glands. Acne usually appears on the face, neck, back and shoulders. Although they are not dangerous, acnes can make a person feel miserable. There are many lotions and medications on the market to treat a pimple, but it can take a lot of time, and money. Many natural methods to cure pimples are efficient and operate in a very short period of time.

Here are the best and most effective ways to permanently combat acne.

Avoid refined carbohydrates

Eating chocolate or large quantities of junk food alone will not cause acne, but unbalanced diet and too much refined carbohydrates can cause problems with a tan. Researchers have  observed  the control group of people with a low glycemic index diet (which is the diet with small amounts of refined carbohydrates) have as much as 22 % less acne lesions compared with a control group of people whose diet has a high glycemic index diet. Researchers suspect that elevated levels of insulin from the carbohydrates can stimulate the release of hormones that cause inflammation of the hair follicles and increase the production of fat.

Reduce milk

Other studies have revealed that woman who drank two or more glasses of milk per day had a 20 % higher risk of acne unlike woman who drank less milk. A study suggested that especially low-fat milk, which has more sugar than regular milk, may be to blame for the occurrence of acne. The second hypothesis is however that this hormone in dairy products plays a major role in the development of acne. If you regularly drink low-fat milk, try to move it with somewhat more “fatter” milk.

Medicines

A drug that has long been used for treating high blood pressure, Aldactone (spironolactone) now got a new role, and it is also used to treat acne. The drug or pill taken orally, blocks the hormone androgen receptors and helps limit the impact of testosterone that encourage the emergence of pimples.

Reduce salt intake

Some experts suspect that sodium has certain effects on the skin, because the iodine contained in the salt and some seafood can aggravate acne complexion and boost the acnes. Therefore, try to choose foods with less salt and try to keep the overall salt consumption of less than 1,500 mg per day.

Reduce stress

Stress itself will certainly not cause the formation of acne, but regular exposure to stress can easily worsen the problematic situation. Although scientists are still not completely agreed upon why stress and anxiety cause skin imperfections, they do stand out that stress hormones such as cortisol, increase the level of inflammation in the body and stimulate the secretion of fat from the gland. In any case, if you are struggling with acnes, do reduce the level of tension and stress, exercise and meditation that will help calm the nerves and improve the genuine condition of your skin.

Antibacterial products and retinoid

For mild to moderate acne problems, often dermatologists suggest cleaning the skin with benzoyl peroxide which kills bacteria, together with the prescription topical antibacterial such as clindamycin or erythromycin. More difficult problems with acne may require treatment with retinoid. Newer medicines combine retinoid with antibiotics, which can be even more effective than the individual products. Retinoid even have properties of preventing the formation of wrinkles thanks to the capacity of stimulating the production of collagen, which can be especially useful to those who are struggling with acne in later years.
