The sugar also “steals” vitamins and enzymes that are required for its degradation. Detailed studies have shown that every time you enter sucrose, it consumes valuable organic substances required for degradation, such as amino acids, vitamin B (especially B5, B6 and B12), vitamin PP and minerals. So it’s safe to say that the white sugar “thief” in the body. Even the healthiest food is harmful if used excessively.
