White sugar has nothing to do with the plant

Many will ask how this derivative of sugarcane can impair human health. The answer is simple. The substance we know today as the sugar has very little to do with the plant. It is a pure sucrose deprived of impurities, vitamins, minerals, enzymes and all the vital elements. This is a completely artificial chemical substance. Unlike other foods in our body, sucrose is completely converted into energy without producing proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. This means that the products are empty calories. Like other pure chemical substances, sucrose initiative organism current energy shock, but it also weakens and so tense because the entire metabolic circuit works “in blank”. Particularly harmful to children, women and the elderly

White sugar is especially harmful to children, the elderly and women because it deprives the body of calcium and minerals, especially chromium. This happens because the sucrose binds to the calcium present in the blood. The resulting compound is unusable and the body is removed through the digestive system and kidneys. The sugar also “steals” vitamins and enzymes that are required for its degradation. Detailed studies have shown that every time you enter sucrose, it consumes valuable organic substances required for degradation, such as amino acids, vitamin B (especially B5, B6 and B12), vitamin PP and minerals. So it’s safe to say that the white sugar “thief” in the body. Even the healthiest food is harmful if used excessively.
