The recipe for this Tibetan medicine was found in traditional Tibetan monastery, written on clay tablets. It is assumed that the written more than 2000 years and is used against triglycerides, cholesterol and lime deposits in the blood vessels, as well as for long life.

In addition to being successful in cleaning the blood vessels, this old Tibetan medicine improves the elasticity of blood, prevents heart attacks, brain and is excellent cure in fighting angina pectoris. Further, the magic potion, prevents the formation of tumors, improves eyesight and rejuvenates the body.

Ingredients:

1.5 liters of water

300 grams of garlic

1kilogram of finely grind lemon rind with the peel,

 Preparation:

Put 1.5 liters of water to boil, and then reduce the heat and add the ground garlic and lemon, and cover the pot. Make sure to keep the mixture on the low temperature no longer than 15 minutes. When it is done with boiling, remove from the heat and allow it to cool. Once cold, sip into a glass containers and seal with a lid.

Take 0.5 dl of this mixture for 25 days on an empty stomach. After those 25 days, take a break for 10 days, and repeat the process.

Strictly adhere to a daily limits and use of the mixture and make a 10 days break between the two treatments. Use the potion again only if you notice the deterioration in health status. Healthy individuals who decide to take medication in order to improve the general condition of the body should apply no more than two treatments a year with an interval of six months.

In addition to the old Tibetan medicine, there is also an old recipe for Tibetan tea that is used as protection from stress and prolongs life expectancy.

Ingredients

2l water

5 gr of grated ginger

2 tbs of lemon juice

2 tablespoons honey

1 pinch of chili pepper

1 pinch of anise

Preparation:

Boil the 2 l of water for 5 minutes, and allow the water to cool. Once the water has cold, add the rest of ingredients.

This Tibetan tea should be drunk in small sips throughout the day or even better 1 cup before each meal.
