Fungi’s are very persistent and durable parasites, which can cause great harm to our body, including the fingernails and toenails. Fungal infection of the nails is called onychomycosis. The infection usually starts at the inner side of the nail. It can be noticed due to discoloration of the nail, its thickening and unnatural fragility.
For the prevention of fungi infection is recommended good feet hygiene, and avoiding unnecessary wetting, especially the legs. If your feet sweat excessively it is necessary to change socks or shoes regularly, and if the hands are exposed to moisture wear rubber gloves. Wash your feet at least once a day. Ginger and garlic
Add a couple of crushed garlic and crushed ginger root into the bowl with warm water, Add the tablespoon of medical ethanol. Soak your feet in that solution and hold for about 10 minutes. Then wipe it the feet. Repeat the process 2-3 times a day.
