Due to the fast lifestyle we aspire or to eat at bakeries fast junk food or non-stop cooking the same things which became boring. All this can be changed only if you enter a little imagination and ideas in our menu. Main dish that we make for ourselves and our loved ones should be something nice, tasteful, and above all healthy. The combination of chicken with artichokes and lemon is a gain.


–          ¼ cup of extra-virgin olive oil

–          1.5 – 2 kilograms of chicken boneless breast

–          Salt and pepper

–          350 grams of artichokes, cut in half lengthwise

–          ¼ cup caper

–          8 cloves of garlic, peeled

–          2 lemons, 1 of them thinly cut and remove seeds

–          ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees of celsius. Add 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan – spilled it so that the entire pan is coated with oil.
